USES

The BAUTECH screed frame is the basis of a unique concrete placing system. The basic modular frame is used for air powered and engine driven applications and, therefore, can easily be converted from one to the other if the need arises. Its triangular truss design affords the maximum in lightweight stability. Frame modules are available in 1,5m and 2,3m lengths to accommodate various job width requirements and can easily be assembled by one man on the job site. Specially designed precision engineered vibrators allow the screeds to vibrate the concrete up to 30 cm of depth. Vibration can be adjusted according to the slump of the concrete.
BAUTECH screed can be crowned either parabolic, roof top, or inverted by a simple adjustment in the top pipe coupler and can be run on either pipe rail, wood forms, steel forms, or existing concrete slabs. The screed comes as a complete machine with handles, winches and air system with lubricator.

FLOATERS

The BAUTECH Floater strikes off, vibrates and float finishes concrete slabs, reducing labor substantially and improving the surface tolerance and structure quality of the slab. All the contractor need do is prepare a wet screed runway that is struck off by hand on which he will ride the floater. The floater will also ride on a form or bulkhead, or an adjacent wet slab area. Available in 220 V electric and HONDA engine powered models.
